Metriport, based in San Francisco, seeks a Technical Account Manager to bridge production customers with product, ensuring customers extract maximum value from Metriport's platform and fostering trust for expansion.

You’ll own customer health metrics, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Success teams to implement new processes and monitoring. Based in SF, relocation optional with strong ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role with 4+ years at one company.
• Experience with technical sales activities encouraged.
• Experience on a technical product; able to read API docs and translate concepts.
• Experience at both early-stage startup and scaled company (Series D+).

Responsabilités

• Own Customer Health & Retention metrics.
• Identify and unlock expansion opportunities via product usage.
• Monitor usage to scale with customer needs.
• Build cadence and ad hoc customer outreach.
