Job summary

Knowtex.ai in San Francisco is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own releases across clinical intelligence, web and mobile apps, and backend. You will work with engineers to scope APIs, prototype workflows with Claude Code or Cursor, and deliver release notes and launch plans.

You will build the analytics foundation, write SQL, and track KPIs like adoption and retention, translating clinician feedback into prioritized work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a PM/TPM shipping B2B SaaS, including a mobile app in production.
• You've shipped end-to-end and can claim ownership of your work.
• Breadth across product areas, not a single narrow feature.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and delivery for Knowtex apps (clinical intelligence, web/mobile, backend).
• Write specs for engineering and manage delivery from scoping to release.
• Run standups, triage tickets, and keep priorities sharp as information evolves.
• Define product metrics and build the analytics foundation (event taxonomy, tracking, dashboards).
• Write SQL and analyze data to inform roadmap decisions.
