Job summary

Milliman is seeking a Technical Product Manager with a platform engineering focus to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery of shared platform capabilities for MedInsight’s healthcare analytics products. You will work with Product Strategy, Platform Engineering, Data, and Security teams to enable scalable, reliable product delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management for technical/platform domains, strong cloud and IaC experience, and demonstrated ability to balance long-term

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Technical/Platform PM roles
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare, or related field
• Experience with analytics technologies (Databricks, SQL, R, Python) and cloud-native architectures
• Familiarity with IaC platforms (Pulumi, Terraform) and platform engineering
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts into clear product requirements and roadmaps
• Strong judgment balancing long-term scalability with delivery needs

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for shared platform capabilities across MedInsight ecosystem
• Define and manage creation/delivery of cloud-native platform capabilities
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Data and Application Engineering, Security, and Ops teams
• Identify pain points, translate to platform opportunities, prioritize work
• Define adoption, performance, and reliability metrics for platform value
• Represent internal users’ voice and capture customer requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on initiatives
• Maintain product roadmaps with Strategy and Leadership teams
• Prioritize core platform requirements for business and owners
