Conduct discovery calls to understand use cases, technical requirements, and success criteria.
Participate in weekly onboarding syncs to ensure customers derive value from product integrations.
Maintain the customer relationship after onboarding with regular check-ins and ongoing support.
Provide technical expertise by answering questions about product capabilities, integrations, and implementation.
Troubleshoot and debug customer issues, collaborating with engineering as needed.
Manage customer requests by prioritizing, coordinating with engineering, tracking progress, and communicating resolutions.
