Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years Agile experience and cross‑functional Scrum teams.
• 10+ years Product Owner/Manager responsibilities.
• 4+ years in ICBM/large aerospace/defense systems.
• Experience with DoD contracts or large supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration activities for systems‑of‑systems integration and test planning.
• Demonstrate leadership and drive requirement/design gap resolution.
• Develop system engineering artifacts like requirement specs and interface definitions.
• Coordinate between SEIT and other integration teams.
• Mentor teams and drive effective collaboration across functions.
