Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to join the Sentinel SEIT team. The role focuses on systems integration, requirements management, and interface definition across complex weapon-system interfaces.

Location may be Huntsville, AL or Roy, UT, with relocation assistance available. A clearance is required and the candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaboration across program teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience for Principal level with engineering degree.
• Experience with system integration and requirements management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams on complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration activities for systems-of-systems across platforms.
• Coordinate with SEIT and other systems interface teams.
• Develop requirements specs and interface definition documents.
• Participate in planning, verification, validation, and risk analyses.
• Perform trades and analyses to resolve gaps and ensure compliance.
• Demonstrate leadership with integrity and strong ethics.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
