Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with extensive systems engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex defense programs and external customer interfaces.
• Proficient in requiring specifications, interface definitions, and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and verification across external interfaces.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ESI team members.
• Oversee integration testing, problem identification, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with customer counterparts and government representatives.
• Manage risk, cost, and schedule in system integration activities.
• Develop artifacts like requirements specs and test reports.
