Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE/platform/production systems with demonstrated program ownership.
• End-to-end ownership of at least one major SRE program at scale.
• LLM integration for operational use cases (alert summarization, incident triage).
• Fleet-scale deployment reliability and rollout strategies.
• Organizational change management for reliability programs.
• Financial literacy to quantify ROI of reliability initiatives.
• TIC (Technical Incident Commander) leadership for P0/P1 incidents.
• Deep observability platform expertise (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Streaming data platform experience (Apache Kafka).
• Policy-as-code and CI/CD gate automation (OPA/Conftest, Checkov).
• Advanced Kubernetes expertise.

Responsibilities

• Architect observability platform strategy end-to-end.
• Define the composite reliability signal framework across domains.
• Drive SLI/SLO standardization and CUJ coverage.
• Design AI-enabled detection and incident triage workflows.
• Manage production readiness and incident response frameworks.
• Lead chaos engineering and GameDay programs.
• Oversee fleet-scale deployment reliability and drift detection.
• Define change-management reliability gates and rollout criteria.
• Own postmortem and learning-loop processes.
