Qualifications

• LLM integration for operational use cases (alert summarization, runbooks, triage).
• Fleet-scale deployment reliability and change-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the observability platform and SP across domains.
• Lead incident response, PRR framework, and MTTR improvement initiatives.
• Drive organizational change and adoption of reliability practices.
• Develop AI-enabled detection, alerting, and automation pipelines.
• Partner with engineering leaders to balance risk, cost, and reliability.
