Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Contributor for its Scaled Solutions team in the United States.

You will own strategic programs, drive workflow innovation, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve advertiser retention and growth across Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science. The role requires a proven track record of managing complex initiatives without direct people management authority, and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital media, customer success, program management, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and scale customer success programs for small and mid-sized advertisers to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Operations, aligning on ownership and workflows.
• Improve efficiency and service quality by identifying friction and implementing scalable process improvements.
• Own escalation strategy and governance for critical advertiser issues and regional blockers, coordinating rapid resolution with senior leadership.
• Use market, customer, and performance insights to shape strategy and prioritize initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align internal priorities with advertiser needs and business goals, developing regional communications and enablement materials.
• Provide strategic leadership and coaching to Scaled Solutions Specialists for high-quality execution.
