Job summary

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Solutions Architect to be the primary customer-facing technical leader for the Majors team (East). You will guide prospects and customers on Temporal’s platform fit and showcase the technical advantages of the cloud service.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives to build comprehensive plans, nurture technical relationships, and create reference architectures and demos. Travel is expected 25-50% to support deployments and expansions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a solutions architect or technical leader guiding customer deployments.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prospects to determine suitability of Temporal’s platform.
• Educate customers on technical benefits and limitations of Temporal.
• Position Temporal as an enterprise standard against alternatives.
• Foster adoption and expansion within production environments.
• Partner with Account Executives on account plans for growth.
• Manage relationships with technical decision-makers and provide guidance.
• Create reusable assets, reference architectures, and demos.
• Travel 25-50%.
