Job summary

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Solutions Architect to be the primary customer-facing technical leader for the Majors team (East). You will guide prospects and customers in validating Temporal’s platform suitability and showcase the technical advantages of our cloud service.

You will position Temporal against alternatives, help customer engineering teams expand production apps, and own the technical relationship with key decision-makers. Travel is expected 25-50%.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication of complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience guiding customers through platform adoption and building reference architectures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prospects to assess fit for Temporal’s platform.
• Educate customers on technical benefits and limitations of Temporal’s cloud service.
• Position Temporal against competing technologies and architecture patterns.
• Foster adoption of Temporal in production environments.
• Partner with Account Executives to build and execute account plans.
• Manage relationships with technical decision-makers and provide guidance.
• Create reusable technical assets, reference architectures, and demos.
