Job summary

Temporal Technologies seeks a Solutions Architect to be the primary customer-facing technical leader within the Majors team (Central). You will guide prospects and customers in evaluating Temporal’s platform for their applications and highlight the technical advantages of our cloud service.

You’ll own technical relationships with key decision-makers, educate on architecture patterns, and develop reusable assets for the team.

Qualifications

Experience with distributed systems design and best practices.
Familiarity with cloud services and deployment patterns.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with prospects to determine if their applications fit Temporal’s platform well.
Educate customers on the technical benefits and limitations of Temporal’s platform and cloud service.
Position Temporal as an enterprise development standard against competing technologies and patterns.
Foster adoption and expansion of Temporal in production environments within customer engineering teams.
Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute comprehensive account plans across new opportunities and expansion.
Manage and nurture relationships with technical decision-makers within customer organizations.
Create reusable technical assets, reference architectures, playbooks, and demos that provide value for other Solutions Architects.
Travel expected to be 25-50%.
