Job summary

Databricks is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive CRM data modeling and the development of agents for sales, revenue operations, and management. You will shape how CRM objects and history are represented for automated reasoning, and you’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions in a data and AI platform.

Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience with tech-lead responsibilities.
Deep hands-on knowledge of at least one major CRM data model and platform (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot).
Experience shipping production agents with tool use, permissioned writes, and human-in-the-loop review.
High ownership and bias for action in 0→1 environments with pragmatic trade-offs.
Strong ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and design teams.
Nice-to-have: TLM (team lead manager) and revops/CPQ-adjacent products.

Responsibilities

Lead the modeling of sales/CRM objects, relationships, and history into a representation agents can reason over reliably.
Lead development of agents used by reps, sales management, and revenue operations.
Define the write path back into the system of record: permissions, validation, idempotency, audit, and human approval.
Help define & lead the implementation of the initial use cases on top of the data & agents.
Partner with product management, design, and other engineering teams to build scalable solutions that drive user and business growth.
Create interfaces for GenAI agents that manage complex workflows with human-in-the-loop and transparency.
