Job summary

Qualifications

• MSc or equivalent in a technical field.
• Expert-level C++ with real-time systems experience.
• Proficiency in Python for prototyping and tooling.
• Experience in computer vision, robotics, and ML for perception.
• Knowledge of camera calibration, registration, and coordinate frames.
• Experience with Linux-based deterministic data flows and time synchronization.
• Proven ownership of complex subsystems from algorithm to release.
• Ability to work across engineering, clinical, quality, and regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the real-time navigation and autonomy stack end-to-end.
• Develop live head tracking and coil localization with low latency.
• Design C++ runtime connecting sensors to CV/ML inference.
• Integrate with the robotic arm and calibrate hand-eye coordination.
• Build closed-loop autonomy for automated coil placement.
• Develop motor threshold determination and safety architecture.
• Define verification tests and contribute to FDA submissions.
• Collaborate with clinical, quality, and regulatory teams onsite.
