Qualifications

• 3–8 years of production software engineering experience in robotics or related field.
• Experience in high-reliability environments, preferably regulatory regime.
• Proficient in C++ and Python with real-time performance considerations.
• Comfortable with Linux and Git, able to work in a team.
• Able to own discrete features end-to-end and deliver with validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test production software in core areas: motion planning, robotics, perception, or infrastructure.
• Build and maintain unit and integration tests for a modular software architecture.
• Own integration of your work into the broader system.
• Support design decisions with analysis, prototyping, and hands-on testing.
• Collaborate to define requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria; support risk analysis and design reviews.
• Follow a rigorous, regulatory V-model process for software development.
• Deepen expertise across the stack while building familiarity with other areas.
