Job summary

Opencall is building AI call centers for medical services, delivering faster, cheaper, more reliable customer experiences at enterprise scale. As Staff Software Engineer, you will lead technically, partner with founders and product teams, and drive scalable solutions across our realtime voice, dashboard, and analytics stack.

You will own the technical direction, help shape architecture, and mentor engineers while delivering end-to-end improvements with high autonomy in a fast-growing startup

Qualifications

• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems and infrastructure in production environments.
• Experience building real-time systems, telephony/SIP infrastructure, video chat platforms, data engineering platforms, or other latency-sensitive applications.
• Experience operating production systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
• Experience working in early-stage environments with high autonomy and ambiguous requirements.
