Invoca is an AI-powered revenue execution platform seeking Senior and Staff-level Software Engineers. This remote-first role involves owning outcomes across engineering disciplines, from reliability to data and security, with a focus on shipping AI-powered products that matter.

You will define success in your domain, build leverage across teams, and drive adoption of agentic workflows that improve speed, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a track record of production impact.
• 8+ years of experience as a Staff-level engineer with broad domain leverage.
• Curiosity about AI and agentic workflows, applying new tools in practice.
• Strong technical judgment with a bias toward simplicity and adoption over theoretical completeness.
• Ability to connect technical work to business and customer outcomes and communicate that link clearly.
• Experience partnering across engineering, product, and business functions.
• High ownership mindset, curiosity, and urgency in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end accountability for a critical stage of Invoca's engineering lifecycle in your domain.
• Define what “great” looks like in your domain and uphold that bar.
• Identify where AI and agentic workflows can improve your domain and implement safe, observable adoption.
• Establish shared practices, tooling, or platforms that can be adopted by multiple teams.
• Translate technical decisions into business metrics and partner with leadership to prioritize work.
• Influence direction and standards across multiple teams and act as a trusted advisor.
