Signify Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade software powering clinician-facing experiences and performance management. You will architect distributed systems, set technical direction, and mentor cross-functional teams.

The role requires 7–10 years in software engineering, polyglot skills (C++, C#, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python), cloud exposure (Azure/AWS/GCP), and strong SQL. Travel quarterly is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Polyglot developer skilled in C++, C#, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Experience with full-stack development for large-scale systems.
• Strong SQL and relational DB skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems in production.
• Frontend tech: React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Cloud experience: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel quarterly.
