Job summary

Signify Health seeks a Staff Software Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade systems powering clinician experiences. You will architect distributed software, steer technical direction, and mentor a team to improve quality and velocity.

The role emphasizes full-stack capabilities, modern front-end and back-end technologies, and collaboration across the organization. Bachelor’s degree preferred and travel quarterly is possible.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in software engineering with data structures, algorithms and concurrency.
• Experience as a polyglot engineer using multiple languages listed.
• 6+ months experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot).
• Experience shipping large-scale, end-to-end distributed systems.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
