Job summary

Signify Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade software powering clinician experiences and clinician performance management. You will architect highly distributed, large-scale systems and raise the engineering bar through mentorship and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering with problem solving and data structures.
• Experience with multiple languages (C++, C#, Java, Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python).
• 6+ months using AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and code quality.
• Experience shipping large-scale, full-stack systems.
• Fluent SQL and experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Deep experience designing distributed systems in production.
• Frontend experience with React/TypeScript/HTML/CSS/JS.
• Cloud experience with Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Clear communication and travel ability.
• 7–10 years of work experience.
• Growth mindset and teamwork excellence.
• BI experience is a plus.
