Job summary

Cardinal Health is looking for a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer to deliver full-stack analytics from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS and PDS systems. You will build reports, dashboards and data products to support healthcare outcomes and cost efficiency.

The role involves developing new products, enriching data, and supporting sales enablement tools while contributing to daily operations in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional)
• Python experience is required
• SSIS experience is preferred
• Airflow experience is desired
• Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired
• Must have SQL experience with relational databases, MS SQL preferred
• Comfortable working with open-source technologies
• Experience with healthcare data is preferred
• Experience building & deployment pipelines to support CI/CD; ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase
• Experience with GCP is preferred; GKE Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Build analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS and PDS systems
• Provide value by building reports and dashboards for practices and pharmaceutical companies
• Enrich data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics
• Develop and define new products to enable manufacturers’ data initiatives
• Support and build Sales enablement tools to provide feasibility requests
• Daily operations and support
