Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer to build analytic products from multi-source clinical data, delivering reports and dashboards to transform healthcare. You will work in an agile environment across EMR, PMS, and PDS data, enabling safer, more cost-effective care.

You will contribute to data enrichment, new product development, and ongoing CI/CD pipelines with modern cloud tooling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
4–8 years of experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3+ years of software development experience.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional).
Python experience is required.
SSIS experience is preferred.
Airflow experience is desired.
Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired.
SQL experience with relational databases, MS SQL preferred.
Comfortable working with open-source technologies.
Experience with healthcare data is preferred.
Experience building & deployment pipelines to support CI/CD; ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase.
Experience with GCP is preferred; GKE Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Building analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS.
Providing reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products.
Enriching data elements from reference sources to enhance analytics offerings.
Developing and defining new products for pharmaceutical data initiatives.
Supporting and building Sales enablement tools for feasibility requests.
Daily operations and support.
