Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer to act as a full-stack software craftsman in an agile environment. You will deliver reporting and insights from clinical data to transform healthcare into a safer, cost-effective industry.

Responsibilities include building analytic products from EMR, PMS, and PDS data, creating dashboards, enriching data, and developing new pharma data initiatives while supporting sales enablement tools and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in software development, preferably in analytics or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with experience in data visualization.
• Familiar with healthcare data and multiple data sources.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and open-source tools.

Responsibilities

• Build analytic products from clinical data across EMR, PMS and PDS.
• Create reports and dashboards to support efficacy and usage of clinical products.
• Enrich data from reference sources for enhanced analytics.
• Define and develop new products for pharma data initiatives.
• Support sales with feasibility tooling and daily operations.
