Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer to join its field team in the US. This full-stack role delivers reporting and insights to transform healthcare in an agile environment, across all layers of the application.

You will build analytic products from EMR, PMS, and PDS data, create reports and dashboards to improve efficacy, and enrich data from reference sources to power analytics.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a good work ethic.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional).
• Python experience is required.
• SSIS experience is preferred.
• Airflow experience is desired.
• Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired.
• Must have SQL experience with relational databases, MS SQL preferred.
• Comfortable working with open-source technologies.
• Experience with healthcare data is preferred; CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase).
• Experience with GCP is preferred; GKE Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Building analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS.
• Providing reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products.
• Enriching data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics offerings.
• Developing and defining new products to enable manufacturers’ data initiatives.
• Supporting and building Sales enablement tools for feasibility requests.
• Daily operations and support.
