Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer to join a fast-paced agile team. You will develop full-stack analytics products from clinical data across EMR, PMS and PDS systems, delivering reporting and dashboards to healthcare practices and pharma clients.

You will enrich data, define new products, and support sales enablement tools while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in analytics software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience building reports and dashboards from EMR, PMS and PDS data.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with data visualization skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and open-source tooling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build analytic products from clinical data from EMR, PMS and PDS sources.
• Create reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and product usage.
• Enrich data elements from reference sources to enhance analytics.
• Develop new products to enable pharmaceutical data initiatives.
• Support and build sales enablement tools and provide daily operations support.
