ExaCare AI is seeking a Staff Software Engineer who thrives in high-ownership environments and can drive complex product initiatives from concept to production. You will own user-facing features end-to-end—from understanding customer workflows to designing, implementing, validating, and operating production-ready systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in product, backend, or full-stack.
• Ability to own production-facing features end-to-end—from design to rollout.
• Clear communication with cross-functional teams including product, operations, platform, and ML.

Responsabilités

• Own product features end-to-end from design to production rollout and operational readiness.
• Reason across software architecture, data models, integrations, and reusable product patterns.
• Design and ship full-stack features that support complex healthcare workflows on AWS.
• Maintain a high quality bar across testing, observability, deployment safety, and incident response.
• Identify opportunities to abstract common workflows or AI-powered patterns across product surfaces.
• Collaborate with product, operations, platform, ML, and other engineering partners to translate real workflow problems into robust technical solutions.
