We’re seeking a high-ownership senior software engineer to own a full‑cycle software development process from design to deployment and maintenance, delivering production-ready systems and reliable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Ship user-facing features end-to-end, including React screens, REST endpoints, and background services each sprint.
• Own the code you write with clean TypeScript, well-tuned SQL, and automated tests for zero-downtime releases.
• Turn workflow pain points into product wins by understanding admissions journeys and translating into intuitive UI and reliable backend logic.
• Build internal tools such as dashboards, feature-flag systems, and dev-ops automations to speed up shipping with confidence.
• Invent the future of admissions by prototyping and launching new capabilities for post-acute facilities.
