Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise solution delivery in large-scale distributed software environments.
• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD Pipeline automation.
• 3+ years of Agile-based development.
• 2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on feasibility, performance, and scalability to meet objectives.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with team members to align on technical decisions and insights.
• Adopt best practices, new technologies, and tools to boost productivity and code quality.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, talks, and workshops to foster learning.
• Collaborate with developers to implement features and deliver high-quality code.
• Mentor junior developers to grow their technical skills.
