Anthropic is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to shape the Developer Experience on the Claude Platform, driving technical direction for the Console and docs platform, and owning SDKs and the CLI across seven languages. You will partner with product and design to define patterns, launch surfaces, and ensure platform consistency across teams.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of practical full-stack engineering experience.
• 2+ years operating at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level.
• Led the design and delivery of complex, developer-facing products across the full stack.
• Experienced in modern frontend and backend development with depth in key languages and frameworks (e.g., React, Typescript).

Responsabilidades

• Drive technical direction for the Console and docs platform across DevX Core and SDKs.
• Own the SDKs across seven languages plus the CLI and ensure platform capabilities land in SDKs as ergonomic features.
• Coordinate with API teams to ship consistent, idiomatic code generation, testing, and release pipelines.
