• Good judgment on trade-offs, risk, and avoiding over-engineering.
• Solid debugging, observability, and monitoring instincts.
• Clear communication and ownership mindset with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end on claims, appointments, and payments-posting surfaces from design to production rollout.
• Write production-ready code with tests and observable instrumentation; design scalable interfaces.
