We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end features for the Air Billing surfaces, shipping production-grade code on fast, data-dense UIs that clinicians rely on daily.

You’ll work directly with product, design, and billing ops to deliver reliable, observable, and scalable solutions that improve clinician productivity and financial workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building full-stack applications with production shipping experience
• Solid frontend skills and data-dense UI performance troubleshooting
• API and data-layer fundamentals for backend endpoints and efficient queries
• Strong engineering judgment, risk awareness, and focus on pragmatic solutions
• Good debugging and observability instincts with monitoring, logging, and alerts
• Clear communication and ownership mindset with bias for action

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end features on claims, appointments, and payments-posting surfaces
• Write production-ready code with tests and robust interfaces
• Collaborate with product, design, and billing to solve workflow problems
• Build reliability with dashboards, logging, and alerting for fast issue detection
• Review designs for correctness, performance, and UX consistency
• Help set technical standards and onboard newer teammates
