Job summary

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, delivering ambient AI, intelligent Agents, and autonomous RCM across a unified platform integrated with 60+ EHRs. The Senior Software Engineer will join Air Billing—owning high-traffic surfaces for claims, appointments, and payments posting used daily by billers and practice staff.

You'll work on data-dense, keyboard-driven business workflows built on healthcare plumbing, with AI in the loop where friction is highest.

Qualifications

5+ years building full-stack applications in production.
Frontend skills for clean, data-dense UIs.
API and data-layer fundamentals for filtering and pagination.
Sound judgment for feature-level tradeoffs and risk.
Strong debugging, monitoring, and observability instincts.
Clear communication and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

Own features end-to-end on the claims, appointments, and payments-posting surfaces—from design through production rollout.
Write production-ready code with tests and observable interfaces.
Collaborate with product, design, and billing operations to ensure workflow fit.
Build dashboards, logging, and alerts to enable rapid issue root-cause.
Review code for correctness, performance, and consistent UX across surfaces.
Help set technical standards and patterns as the team scales, and mentor teammates.
