Job summary

Brex is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in New York, focused on shaping the technical direction of its Banking product area. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days in the office and allows for up to four weeks of fully remote work annually.

In this position, the successful candidate will lead technical strategy and drive the design of scalable systems for financial infrastructure, mentor engineers, and work cross-functionally to deliver on complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including as a senior technical leader.
• Experience operating in a product or platform engineering environment.
• Ability to mentor senior engineers and scale technical leadership.
