This role is based in our San Francisco office in a hybrid environment, requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week (Mon, Wed, Thu).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Experience building scalable backend systems.
• Proficiency with SQL or NoSQL databases; knowledge of Java, Kotlin, or Python.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and delivering high-quality code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers across the company to build features end-to-end.
• Work with Sales and Support to understand customer needs.
• Design and implement solutions to improve banking experiences.
• Own problems end-to-end from UX and data models to scalability and metrics.
• Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence.
