Job summary

HCVT is building a new Azure cloud platform to support a multi-year modernization program. This Staff Software Engineer will lead application engineering, architecting and coding new solutions while modernizing legacy apps onto the platform.

You will set the technical direction, establish reusable patterns, and raise the engineering bar as the team grows, with C#/.NET on Azure as the largest footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and operating production applications and services.
• Experience architecting multi-tenant applications with data isolation.
• Full‑stack capability with modern cloud patterns and CI/CD delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own target-state architecture for a new Azure-based platform.
• Define reusable patterns and guide team adoption.
• Lead security, authentication, and tenancy isolation design.
• Mentor engineers and enforce quality gates across the program.
