Job summary

The Staff Software Engineer at HCVT will lead the design and delivery of a new Azure-based cloud platform, guiding architecture, patterns, and modernization of legacy apps onto the platform. You will drive technical direction and collaborate with an Azure Cloud Engineer and IT/security teams to build scalable, secure solutions on Azure PaaS.

The role requires 10+ years of production software experience, multi-tenant architecture, and strong CI/CD leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years building production applications and services.
Experience architecting multi-tenant applications with data isolation.
Hands-on Azure PaaS development experience.
Full-stack capability with TypeScript UI.

Responsibilities

Own target-state architecture for the new platform and establish reusable patterns.
Own the canonical work model and a modular architecture.
Design and enforce multi-tenant isolation and security controls.
Build integration layer and anti-corruption adapters with third-party platforms.
Maintain reliability with idempotent writes, drift detection, and graceful degradation.
Lead modernization of on-premises/legacy apps to cloud-native patterns.
