Job summary

HCVT is building a new Azure cloud platform to modernize legacy apps and deliver a scalable, secure, multi-tenant solution. The Staff Software Engineer will set technical direction, establish reusable patterns, and raise the engineering bar as the platform expands.

You will lead architecture decisions, own the front door integration model, and collaborate with Azure Cloud Engineers, IT, security, and network teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and operating production applications and services with architecture ownership.
• Experience architecting multi-tenant applications with data isolation and strong identity controls.
• Experience building orchestration layers over third‑party systems and API facades.
• Deep expertise in at least one modern cloud language, with C#/NET as largest footprint; others like Java/Go/Python/Node.js acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Own target-state architecture for the new platform and set reusable patterns.
• Define canonical work model and modular architecture; enable modules to interoperate.
• Design multi-tenant isolation and secure access across documents, search, and data.
• Build integration layer to third‑party platforms using versioned contracts and anti‑corruption layers.
• Lead application delivery through CI/CD with quality and security gates.
• Mentor team and document architectural decisions.
