Job summary

HCVT is building a modern Azure-based platform to support a multi-year modernization program. You will lead application engineering, set technical direction, and codify reusable patterns while modernizing legacy apps onto the platform.

You will partner with security, IT, and network teams. The role emphasizes cloud-native development, data security, and scalable architectures across Azure services and .NET workloads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and operating production applications and services with architecture ownership and delivery leadership.
• Experience architecting multi-tenant applications with data isolation and identity controls.
• Strong cloud experience, especially C#/.NET on Azure, plus other modern languages.

Responsibilities

• Own target-state architecture for the new platform, balancing scalability and security.
• Lead the canonical work model and module architecture, including identity and telemetry.
• Design reusable API patterns and integration layers to third-party platforms.
• Drive CI/CD, quality gates, and secure deployment across the program.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture decision records.
