Job summary

Foundation Health is building an AI platform for pharmacy and is seeking a Staff Engineer to own a core product. This hands-on role requires writing code, making architectural decisions, and driving delivery across Epic integration, prior auth pipelines, and patient communications.

We are remote-first across the US with a new Orlando engineering hub. Equity is founding-role equity, recognizing ownership and impact in a fast-moving, Series A environment.

Qualifications

• Track record of building complex systems from scratch
• High agency and ownership mindset
• Comfortable in ambiguity
• Experience using AI tools daily (Claude/Cursor native)

Responsibilities

• Own architectural decisions for a core product and be the technical anchor
• Write production code and review peers' code
• Coordinate delivery across cross-team dependencies and product milestones
