Foundation Health is building an AI-driven operating system for pharmacy. We are expanding our Orlando engineering hub and seeking a Staff Engineer who will own critical architectural decisions and drive the product forward hands-on, shaping how care is coordinated using AI in real-world health systems.

Qualifications

• Track record of building complex systems from scratch.
• High ownership and decision-making without waiting for a perfectly scoped ticket.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
• Daily use of AI tools to drive development and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own core architectural decisions for one of Foundation Health's key products.
• Design multi-component systems with Epic integration and patient communications workflows.
• Code hands-on and contribute architectural guidance, not just reviews.
• Deliver software that directly improves real patient care in a regulated setting.
