Job summary

Foundation Health is building an AI operating system for pharmacy and is enabling production-level work quickly. This role sits alongside engineers who have built at scale, delivering features that pharmacists and patients rely on in production within the first week.

The stack is Node/TypeScript with GCP; the team is remote-first across the US, with an Orlando hub, and a founding-equity incentive for early contributors. You’ll learn domain workflows fast and contribute meaningfully.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and problem solving.
• Fast learner who can adapt in a startup context.
• High initiative and autonomy in shaping product.
• Experience using AI tools and understanding their limits.

Responsibilities

• Ship well-scoped features with test coverage and pride.
• Work AI-native from day one using Claude, Cursor, and similar tools.
• Learn pharmacist workflows and why each ticket exists.
• Log bugs and UX issues proactively, not waiting for direction.
• Grow through code reviews and pairing with engineers on large-scale systems.
