Job summary

Foundation Health is looking for engineers to own features end-to-end for an AI-enabled pharmacy platform. You will work on data models, APIs, and production-grade implementations in a live system used by major US health systems, including Epic workflows.

Youll thrive with loosely defined requirements, apply AI tools to real-world problems, and take ownership of your component from inception through production. Equity is part of the package, with remote-first teams and a hub in Orlando.

• Experience applying AI tools in practical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from requirements to production and customer delivery.
• Design data models and APIs for scalable AI-enabled workflows.
• Integrate with Epic workflows and prior authorization logic in healthcare systems.
• Monitor metrics and user feedback to ensure ongoing health of your feature area.
