Healthie in the United States is hiring an exceptional Staff Engineer to drive the development of Healthie’s New Products. In this senior technical role, you’ll lead the architecture and implementation of greenfield features, building scalable, reliable systems that solve meaningful problems for customers and their clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and experience specializing in AI/ML technologies, developing and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
• Hands-on expertise in building machine learning models, NLP systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Direct experience with Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, RSpec, and Capybara.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of greenfield features at scale.
• Collaborate across Product, Design, Data and Engineering to identify and execute high-impact projects.
