Foundation Health in the US is hiring the most senior individual contributor to own architecture across multiple product areas, designing systems that scale 10–100x and enabling real patient interaction through AI. You will build the first versions yourself when needed, interface directly with the VP of Engineering and CEO, and demonstrate hands-on fluency with applied AI, not just slide decks.
