Pearson's PSG-CP (Pearson Software Group - Content Platform) team is seeking a forward deployed engineer who embeds with customers and ships production AI software. You will work directly with stakeholders to turn pain points into working systems, iterating quickly in the field and owning frontend, backend, data, and deployment.

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong CS fundamentals across data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Frontend depth with modern React and TypeScript, including component architecture.

Responsibilities

• Go where the problem is and design end-to-end systems for real users.
• Conduct real discovery by sitting with users and translating input into buildable ideas.
• Ship production AI applications at scale on frontier LLMs and agents.
• Own the full stack from frontend to deployment and observability.
