You will shape technical direction, raise the bar for engineering craft, and mentor peers while partnering with leadership and product to deliver priorities.

This role focuses on scalable, reliable platforms, incident remediation, and elevating engineering capabilities.

Qualifications

• Design and build high-quality web apps and distributed systems at scale.
• Experience with automated testing across the software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-team technical initiatives with platform-wide impact.
• Set engineering standards and oversee architecture reviews.
• Translate business goals into technical strategy with leadership teams.
• Promote AI-assisted development practices and maintain quality.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve productivity and reliability.
• Write and review production-grade code and mentor peers.
• Own incident response and systemic remediation.
• Identify and mitigate scalability, performance, and security risks.
• Mentor engineers and elevate technical capabilities.
