Job summary

GoodLeap is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design, build, and scale our platform with a strong emphasis on AI/ML and LLM-powered features. You will own end-to-end technical strategy, mentor engineers, and drive cross-functional initiatives across frontend, backend, and data surfaces.

You will collaborate with product, design, and security teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions while advancing our AI strategy and developer tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering building full-stack apps at scale.
• 2+ years working with AI/ML solutions or LLMs
• Proficiency with NodeJS, React and Typescript
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and secure coding practices

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of large-scale frontend and backend components across stack.
• Architect scalable, secure AI-enabled solutions for Web/Mobile/API surfaces
• Own end-to-end technical strategy for embedding LLMs and content delivery
• Mentor engineers and guide cross-functional teams on architecture and best practices
• Drive cross-functional projects to improve reliability and performance of applications
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations
