Job summary

GoodLeap is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale our platform with a focus on AI-powered features and LLM-driven agents. You will own end-to-end ownership from backend to frontend performance, working closely with product managers and designers to deliver reliable, secure solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive technical leadership, and ensure best practices while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with full-stack experience.
• 2+ years with AI/ML or LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of large-scale frontend and backend applications.
• Architect scalable, secure AI-enabled solutions across Web, Mobile, and API surfaces.
• Own end-to-end technical strategy for embedding LLMs and personalized content delivery.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and guide architecture decisions.
