Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in a large‑scale distributed software environment.
• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• 5+ years working with cloud initiatives and cloud technologies.
• 5+ years designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation experience.
• 3+ years in an Agile development environment.
• 2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise to design and implement efficient, scalable solutions that meet requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on feasibility, performance, and scalability to meet objectives.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Communicate with the team to align on decisions and provide technical insights.
• Adopt best practices and new technologies to boost productivity and code quality.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, talks, and workshops to foster learning.
• Collaborate with developers to implement features and deliver high‑quality code.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
